 With the change in Local Government resulting in centralising the old District Council to a Unitary Authority based in Shrewsbury, the Bridgnorth Town Council require more positive evidence that proves the need for control of and improvement in certain essential services.
The Bridgnorth Town Plan Steering Committee, following two years of collecting and listening to the views of local people and businesses, have now published the Town Plan Document, which has been adopted by the Town Council and can be viewed from this website (to see the document, click on the menu above). The main elements of this plan are highlighted here in the form of an Action Plan spreadsheet, intended to focus attention on certain crucial areas that require action in order to produce a long term benefit for Bridgnorth.
